Does anyone know of really good plays to read?
Q. I need to choose one to write a paper on. The only tricky part is that i have a few guidelines to follow: It cant be classical: greek or Roman, Shakespeare, Deeath of a Salesmen, Dolls House, One Acts, any novels, Screen plays or musicals. Who knew so many plays were made into movies!

A. Last play i read was called "Boy Gets Girl" by Rebecca GIlman- it was an easy read in that you could really picture stuff in your head as you said the lines to yourself. You could also try people like Lillian Hellman and Beth Henley if you're going for female playwrights. Or someone mentioned Neil Simon, "Lost in Yonkers" is a good one (not sure if that was ever made into a film or not, though...)

Who plays defense in soccer and actually enjoys it?

A. When I played I was usually defense too and at first I didn't like it much either because I felt like I wasn't in on the action because I wasn't able to try to score goals. I realized though that defense is a great position to play with a lot of responsibility. The reason your coach put you in that position could be for any number of reasons including that maybe he thinks you have a more defensive style and also you could have a good build for a defender. If you want to improve in defense I would suggest watching videos of professional defenders and trying to get some skills from watching what they do. A good defender marks their opponent diligently. A. Theatre all the way! Start with theatre training and than just take workshops and classes to help you learn the film style. Plus it's easier to get into theatre due to community and school which is everywhere, than film which is generally concentrated to specific cities.
